Congratulations on having made it to 2022! Here’s to another year of… surviving, I guess…?
On some weeks, writing this horoscope is kind of like a weather forecast. “Agitation on Tuesday, turning partly romantic on the weekend,” and that sort of thing. This week though, there are only two major aspects happening, but if you pay attention, those aspects point in the direction of much bigger things happening later in the year. So this week, it’s not my job to tell you what to expect. It’s my job to tell you to keep an eye open, because events happening in the next week will be a harbinger of things to come in March and April.
Venus is still retrograde in Capricorn. Although this doesn’t exactly put a damper on romantic pursuits, it can make things more challenging that way. Adding to the challenge is that Venus is still within conjunction range of Pluto, but thanks to the retrograde, that influence is fading out by the end of the week.
Venus sextile Neptune is exact on Wednesday. Generally, this makes it a good week for expressing fondness and affection for others. The sextile doesn’t exactly shout its presence, but if you know it’s there and you work with it, it can get you great results.
On Saturday, Sun conjunct Venus is exact. This aspect also puts the emphasis on romantic pursuits, but given that Venus is both retrograde and conjunct the Sun, there’s a chance that your feelings and gestures may get burned on their way to their target.
So now what does all of this have to do with March and April? You see, while Venus is within range of the sextile to Neptune, as you’ve probably heard by now, Jupiter has entered Pisces. And by the end of March, Jupiter will be conjunct Neptune and sextile Pluto. This could be a remarkable opportunity to manifest some Great Good in your life.
So please, pay attention to the state of your love life, human relations, budget and diet this week. You are being handed vital clues as to what you might be able to do with that Jupiter-Neptune-Pluto combination that kicks in during late March and is exact in early April. This has the opportunity to be an incredible healing event, both for us as individuals and possibly as a society. And let’s be honest: doesn’t that sound exactly like the sort of thing we all need right about now?
